Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Linden Court in North Platte, NE. As a CNA, you will provide essential patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring resident comfort and safety. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment, supporting residents with mobility and meals, and providing compassionate interaction with residents to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assisting with daily care activities, such as mobility, hygiene, grooming, and meal support.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and document vital signs and changes in patient conditions.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication skills for providing compassionate care to residents.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care delivery.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of patient conditions and care plans.
- Current CNA certification and state licensure in Nebraska is required.
- CPR certification is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care facility is advantageous but not mandatory.
