Job Purpose
The Central Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, reconciling and coordinating state reporting for the district, the central enrollment process for the enrolling and withdrawing of students, School of Choice/non-resident processing and Central Office Receptionist. The individual must clearly communicate in a professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed, and perform the reporting of all state required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills, willingness to learn, focus on excellent customer service, proficient with Microsoft applications, proficient with Google G Suite, Chrome OS, and Windows Desktop, expertise in supporting Information System and third-party applications. Expertise in the electronically transmitting state reports. Expertise in software applications and upgrades. Collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- MPAAA certification and other certifications as they relate to position
- Oversight of the central enrollment and withdrawal process for the district, in accordance to all state and district requirements.
- Coordination of the District’s school of choice activities.
- Maintains and submits all state reports; including but not limited to, pupil accounting, state testing, CRDC, SID, Direct Cert, SRM, Early Roster, EEO5, GAD, GSRP and Early Child types of reporting.
- Contributes to the accurate maintenance and reporting of District data.
- Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to District health and safety procedures.
- Adhere to Board policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
