What You'll Do
- Perform chimney installations, relining, and repair work on residential properties
- Work in varied environments including roofs, attics, and interior spaces
- Assist with masonry, flashing, and venting system installations
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights on ladders and scaffolding
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners throughout each job
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, roofing, masonry, carpentry, or a similar trade (preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights - roofs, ladders, and scaffolding
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to master a specialized, in-demand trade
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional communication skills with both teammates and customers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
