- You are expected to lead and manage project team members to achieve business objectives, processes, and system goals
- Control project scope, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Manage risks proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes

- Apply Agile development paradigms to manage and adapt project workflows
- You tasked to utilize project management tools for estimating, planning, risk, and change management
- Thrive in a team environment that values diversity, encourages sharing unique perspectives, and fosters continuous learning
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of combined business and IT experience, focusing on process implementation across multiple systems
- You have a proven track record managing small to medium-sized IT projects with full accountability for budget, timeline, and sponsor satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of current trends in Information Technology and project management practices
- Excellent listening skills and sound judgment to guide project decisions
- You are expected to have the ability to learn from experiences and share insights with the team
- Experience working in large corporate environments and managing diverse teams across locations
- You have effective verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Distribution Operations and Geographic Information Systems
