Sales Support Specialist – Data Analytics & Commercial Operations

What you will enjoy doing*

• Visit customers independently and alongside sales personnel to strengthen relationships and address customer needs
• You are expected to manage inventory of industrial gases and hard goods primarily via phone communication
• Provide ongoing support by answering questions, tracing order status or shipments, and resolving customer issues promptly
• Prepare analyses, agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in understanding client requirements
• You are going to solve straightforward problems efficiently and deliver timely solutions to meet customer expectations
• Communicate clearly and ensure follow-up to close open customer needs and maintain satisfaction
• You will make informed recommendations to external customers to support their purchasing decisions
• Support proposal development, cylinder audits, and perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success

What makes you great

• You hold a High School Diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement
• Bring prior experience in sales support or a related customer service role preferred
• You will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Possess excellent communication skills and great attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity
