Generator Attendant
Roseville, MN, United States | req31885 Work Schedule: 3rd Shift
What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform routine and non-routine visual and physical tests on cylinders before filling and determines whether requalifying and/or repairs are required
- Operates and maintains acetylene generator, compressors, and associated equipment
- Fills and processes acetylene cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
- You will check for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fills any necessary product
- Completes quality control documentation following company and governmental procedures
- You will operate a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders and calcium carbide containers
- May load and unload trucks and check for cylinder quantities styles and products
- You will assist with customer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment
- Primarily works with minimal supervision utilizing independent decision-making skills
