Linde Wiemann U.S., Inc. seeks Head of Project Management for work at Lavonia, GA location. Responsible for planning, evaluating and executing new project launches, establishing timelines and budgets, customer projects and customer changes. Duties:Manage assigned projects, ensure key project milestones and project results, prepare and present project presentations and proposals to clients, coordinate w/ project managers and principal owners to complete projects, complete task analysis to determine the anticipated profitability of each project function and hold crews to that expectation, other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet customer demands TRAVEL: Travel internationally 1-2 times a year and then domestically on a weekly/monthly basis; occasional travel to sister plants in EU or Mexico. REQ: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology or closely related field 3 yrs work exp in managing or performing technical operations and projects or similar position. (Will accept HS diploma/GED 5 yrs of experience in offered or similar position managing or performing technical operations and projects or similar position). Exp must incl:Knowledge in interpretation of drawings and customer requirements and computer science and quality criteria (ISO) and exp in body in white-operations (BIW = design and development of structural components of a vehicle) or comparable metal processing.
