What you will enjoy doing*
You will process sales orders using the material requirements plannning database system
You will provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information
Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries
You will ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements
You will maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures
Lastly you will file and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records
What makes you great
You will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
Experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, including professional and positive phone presence
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
