What you will be doing: (1st Shift)
- Perform daily job functions as needed to help team meet their service levels and goals
- Interact with outside suppliers and other internal departments to resolve issues
- Credit card process
- ACH process
- Intercompany process
- Ability to do uploads and manipulate files to work in the JDE system and to balance with outside sources
- Reporting
- Refunds
- Other duties as assigned
