What you will be doing: (1st shift)
- Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
- Will interact with shipping companies, purchasing, and branch management
- Directs non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel
- Follows Linde’s safety procedures and encourages others to do the same
- Safely operate forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage and transport product efficiently and effectively
- Prepare orders by fulfilling supply requests, packing and arranging materials, and placing product in the delivery area.
- Continuously find ways to improve work processes to increase efficiency in quality, customer service and profitability
- Maintains a clean work environment by keeping area free of trash and product in correct locations
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of Warehouse experience is preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Upholds high standards of honesty and integrity
- Demonstrates personal ownership for safety and actively contributes to a strong safety culture
- Contributes to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supported
- Strives for personal achievement and helps others attain results
- Ensures accountability through collaboration and interpersonal skills
