Unapplied Cash Specialist

What you will enjoy doing*
- Research unapplied cash not resolved by cash applications
- Interact with outside customers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
- You will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate parties for timely resolution
- Perform daily tasks to support the team in meeting service levels and goals
- You are expected to ensure quality and procedural standards are met in cash application research
- Manipulate files and work within the JD Edwards system to reconcile with external sources
- You will prepare and maintain accurate reporting related to cash applications
- Take responsibility for accurate reporting and timely processing of refunds to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- You hold a high School Diploma or GED required; business degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet individual and team deadlines
- You have experience working with JD Edwards and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- You are dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Adaptable to change and able to manage evolving work demands
- You are encouraged to contribute to an inclusive workplace that fosters respect, integrity, and belonging
