System Support Coordinator

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Resource Planning system users
- Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with technical support teams
- You will generate and maintain operational, financial, and management reports
- Collaborate with departments to support ERP-related processes
- You will participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects
- Liaise with Corporate IT resources as necessary
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- You will communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning or e-Commerce platforms is an advantage
- Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or e-Commerce platforms a plus
- Specific training on company databases will be provided
