The Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to local Management, Operations & Field personnel. This position will provide customer service communications, taking and scheduling customer orders, scheduling couriers for deliveries and working closely with the management team in the plant.

Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to local Management, Operations & Field personnel. What You Will Be Doing
- Performs accounts receivables, reconciliation and dispute resolution
- Processes customer payments, account credits & adjustments
- Provides proof of delivery and invoice copies
- Answers incoming billing and operator phone calls
- Supports sales, field and management personnel
- Performs basic ticket reconciliation
- Special projects as requested
- Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of production supplies
- Oversee and manage inventory levels
- Identify and address product quality issues and continually look for ways to improve processes at the plant Ok
- Customer Service
- Other duties as assigned
- H.S. Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Minimum 2 years Administrative Support is preferred
- Outstanding oral and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of multi-line phone system
- Bilingual Spanish English a Plus
