National Accounts Coordinator

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will set up and maintains all new National Accounts & pricing on National Accounts
- You are responsible for processing customer pass thru billing in a timely & quality fashion
- Initiates contact and follow-up with customer inquiries and disputes
- Serves as a point of contact for outside distributors
- Accountable for AR, DSO, aging’s, credits & bad debt performance on assigned accounts
- You will maintains positive customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
- You have a high school education/GED is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1 years customer service/office environment experience
- You have 1 years collections experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, JDE and OBIEE
- Effective communication skills & organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
