In-Store Sales
Flagstaff, AZ, United States | req31615 Work Schedule: 1st Shift
What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments
- Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
- Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
- Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
- You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
- Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
- Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
- You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations
- You have a high school diploma/GED
- 1 year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales is preferred
- You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in this role
- You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
- Able to lift 50lbs
