Cylinder Handler
Brookfield, WI, United States | req30021 Union, 1st Shift 5:30am-2:30pm
What you will enjoy doing*
- This role requires you to load and unload gas cylinders and related products onto and from route trucks and trailers; move cylinders by rolling and by operating a forklift
- You will sort empty cylinders by type and check cylinder quantities, styles, and product specifications to support accurate inventory management
- You will review customer orders, pull required items from inventory, and load products onto trucks for delivery
- Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting, labeling, and cleaning the work area
- Assist with paperwork accompanying shipments
- This role includes completing both routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments as directed
- You have a high school degree/GED
- You have 1 yr. experience in plant or manufacturing environment
- A strong mechanical background desired
- You must possess good leadership, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
