Cylinder Control Auditor

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team
- This includes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting the cylinders on customer sites
- Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching the cylinder history in CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak and JDE
- You will work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies
- Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances
- Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable
- You will work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices.
- Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region.
- Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits
- Review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have being posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc
- You have a high School Diploma / GED is required
- Further, you have strong Excel / Computer Skills
- Daily travel in greater Houston area
