What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role, you will execute daily operational tasks to support the team in meeting established service levels and performance goals
- Collaborate with branch locations, internal departments, and all levels of management to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Reconcile bank accounts for multiple locations using bank statements, general ledger data, and JDE, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items
- You will prepare and post month-end journal entries based on completed reconciliations
- Analyze and resolve complex issues within JDE independently or in collaboration with others, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes
- You have a high School Diploma / GED; business degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills are required in this role
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines
- You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access
- Proven ability to consistently meet both individual and team goals
- Further, you have the ability to manage through change
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
