Six Sigma Black Belt
Location: Any Linde Gas & Equipment location- Hybrid, WFH
Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to join our team! The Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for leading Six Sigma / Lean productivity projects and mentoring part-time Green Belt resources under the direction of the Associate Director of Productivity.

What you will be doing:
* Exceeds annual Black Belt savings metric as established by Leadership
* Completes a required number Six Sigma projects per year
* Meets established project execution cycle time criteria established by Leadership
* Mentors assigned Green Belts
* Promotes and leads change by shifting paradigms
* Challenges status quo and demonstrates sustainable results projects
* Fosters and supports Lean Six Sigma goals and successes
* Assists in the identification of high impact projects within assigned Value Stream
* Other duties as assigned
What makes you great:
* Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
* 3-5 years of relevant experience - Project Management, Team Leadership & Mentoring
* Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organization levels
* Internal Applicants must possess Green Belt certification
* External Applicants must possess a Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
* Requires 25% - 50% travel
