What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will lead and mentor a team of productivity specialists to maximize performance and deliver results
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and align annual productivity targets with business objectives
  • Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives including value stream mapping, waste identification, and process optimization
  • Develop and implement productivity training programs such as process owner training, yellow belt, and green belt certifications
  • Champion digitalization efforts by developing tools, replicating best practices, and shaping digital strategies for productivity
  • Facilitate idea generation through brainstorming sessions, lean events, and stakeholder collaboration to foster innovation
  • Monitor production key performance indicators, analyze variances, and report progress to senior leadership
  • Conduct site visits to support Lean Six Sigma events, project follow-ups, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with Cost Reduction teams and Centers of Excellence to maximize synergies and achieve regional productivity goals

What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams toward measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of productivity disciplines, continuous improvement, and process optimization
  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of business operations and financial drivers to align productivity efforts with organizational priorities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering operational improvements
  • Experience with statistical analysis and digital tools implementation to advance productivity methodologies
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support onsite initiatives and collaborate across teams
