Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain manufacturing mechanical equipment & systems
- As scheduled, coordinates repair, modification and preventive maintenance operations
- Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives / policies business needs
- You will oversee and / or perform new equipment installations
- Utilizes hand and portable power tools and follows safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance
- You will ensure operations technicians understand and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance
- You may provide advice to management regarding equipment life and usage and in researching new equipment purchases
- Coordinates and oversees the movement of furniture and/or materials and equipment as required
- Ensures all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed
- Additionally you will maintain and updates control documents, as well to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems
- A High School diploma / GED is required
- Further you must have three to five (3-5) years Industrial Maintenance experience or similar mechanical experience
- You also must have experience reading and understanding electrical schematics; and mechanical blueprints
- Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook are necessary for this role
- Flexible schedule to support manufacturing needs
