Customer Service Representative

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will process sales orders using the material requirements plannning database system
- You will provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information
- Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries
- You will ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements
- You will maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures
- Lastly you will file and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records
- You will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
- Experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, including professional and positive phone presence
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
