Additive Manufacturing Operations Technician

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will support and participate in current and new safety, quality and lean initiatives / policies as business needs arise
- Additionally, you will read, understand, and use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks
- You possess the ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment where priorities may shift
- You will be expected to perform all functions related to machine turnaround and preparation for Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) 3D printers
- You have proven experience working with basic shop tools and hand tools
- Further, you will be expected to trouble shoot operational issues and relay critical information to the team
- You will be tasked with basic ordering of supplies and shipping products once production is completed
- A High School diploma / GED is required. Advanced degrees or technical certifications are a plus but not required
- You have a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing experience
- It is preferred that you have experience in Additive Manufacturing or working with metal powders but not required
- Moreover, you must have a basic understanding of machine tools (milling, lathe, drill press, etc.)
- You have experience working in a technical capacity with a manufacturing focus
- You display organizational skills with attention to detail and are self-motivated
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred for this role
