Job Description:
- Assistance Parts Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and performing all parts sales to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Processing parts quotes to customers.
- Processing sales orders for customers.
- Ordering parts if needed for sales orders.
- Shipping & Receiving
- Assisting with customer deliveries
- Inventory controls
- Overseeing cleanest and organization of parts area/warehouse
- Producing monthly updated parts reports with Excel.
- Daily updating shop sales orders by remving incorrect parts and adding correct or additonal parts.
Qualifications:
- Customer service
- Parts experience
- Great organization skills
- Knowledge amd experience in using Excel, Word, Task, and Outlook.
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a physical
- Valid driver license
