What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Lindbergh Properties Construction I?
Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We have both part and full positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain appearance of properties
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Painting, drywall repair, carpentry, cleaning, and grounds work
- Be able to move appliances and shovel snow
- Assist in making ready of apartments
- Clean Gutters
- Perform basic roof repairs/caulking
- Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks
Qualifications:
- Must maintain a professional and courteous manner
- Must own your own hand tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle, primarily in the vicinity of Kirkwood.
- Mileage Reimbursement for miles driven throughout the workday.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Must be able to climb up to a 40 foot ladder and be comfortable with working on roofs and gutters.
- Must be able to trouble shoot general maintenance issues and come up with solutions.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Five years of experience in maintenance or trade fields is preferred
Salary : $25 - $30
