Registered Client Service Associate
Lindberg & Ripple – Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Client Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and internal support to our team of investment advisors. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, managing account documentation, assisting with financial transactions, and coordinating with other team members to deliver seamless service. The role demands excellent communications skills and a strong understanding of investment-related client needs.
Qualifications:
• Client Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of Investment Advisory client needs.
• Experience in handling multiple client inquiries at a time- prioritization is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• Securities license (advisory) preferred
