Summary/Objective
Provide support for injection molding lines, high speed automated assembly lines with focus on mechanical systems and produce spare parts for assembly lines.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Summary/Objective
Provide support for injection molding lines, high speed automated assembly lines with focus on mechanical systems and produce spare parts for assembly lines.
Essential Functions

- Operate manual milling machine and lathe
- Operate manual surface grinder
- Drive forklift and operate overhead cranes
- Perform mold preventative maintenance and normal wear repair
- Prepare molds for production
- Read blueprints and use necessary measuring devices to make, or modify existing tooling, tools for new or old job prints
- Reverse engineer machine parts as needed
- Produce repair parts to support production equipment
- Operate toolroom equipment in a safe manner
- Support production through equipment maintenance
- Other duties as directed by your direct report
- Maintain accurate records, following good manufacturing practices including safety and maintaining a clean environment
