OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned paid media professional to join our Global Media Team, supporting the US Media Strategy function. This team leads the strategic planning, execution, and stewardship of media investments for Corporate Marketing campaigns.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners—including Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, Creative, Policy, Communications, and agency teams—to develop and execute innovative media strategies that amplify our brand narrative. You'll translate business objectives into integrated, data-driven media programs and ensure flawless execution across multiple channels and partners.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in paid media across channels, a data-first mindset, and a passion for driving innovation. You should be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, setting strategic direction, and managing complex initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for integrated media strategy and channel planning, partnering closely with internal teams and external agenciesDefine the strategic vision for Corporate Marketing media investments, grounded in audience insights, channel dynamics, and business objectivesProvide thought leadership to shape upstream media strategy and connect it to broader go-to-market plansLeverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide audience segmentation, media planning, execution, and optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Decision Science, Insights, Creative, and MarTech—to deliver fully integrated campaignsAnalyze campaign performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for optimization and reportingAct as a subject matter expert (SME) on media strategy, advising internal stakeholders and contributing to cross-functional planningMinimum Qualifications10 years of experience in media planning within an agency or client-side organizationProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groupsExperience managing media agencies and driving strategic partnershipsComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, performance analysis, and insight generationExpertise in developing and executing scaled, multi-channel media strategies in data-driven environmentsFamiliarity with audience segmentation and campaign optimization based on data and external researchDeep understanding of evolving media, measurement, and analytics trendsPreferred QualificationsExperience collaborating directly with creative teams to align media strategy with creative developmentExperience partnering with data science and analytics teams to shape media strategies, measurement plans, and learning agendasBackground in brand marketing with exposure to performance marketing principlesPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
