Content Strategist III

OverviewThe Content Strategist plays a critical role in shaping the voice and experience of our products. This position partners closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and product marketers to plan, create, and refine content that informs, engages, and guides users. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with consistency across a global audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, write, edit, test, and continuously improve product content, including interface language, product education materials, product names, and navigational nomenclatureEnsure consistency with established content standards while evolving and strengthening the company's voiceCollaborate cross-functionally with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwideAdvocate for content strategy within the organization and contribute to the broader community of design and content professionalsShare work transparently, provide constructive feedback, and actively participate in team reviewsFlexibly adapt to extended schedules as required by news cycles and cultural events, including weekend availabilitySkills & CompetenciesStrong ability to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and evaluate information to inform content decisionsSelf-motivated, persuasive, and enthusiastic, with a customer-focused approachExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detailEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree requiredPrior experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields strongly preferredLocation: Remote Role type: Contract 6 Month Position Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)Application Question(s):Do you or will you in the future require any sponsorship to work in the US?Language:English (Required)
