Overview
The Content Strategist plays a critical role in shaping the voice and experience of our products. This position partners closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and product marketers to plan, create, and refine content that informs, engages, and guides users. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance creativity with consistency across a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, edit, test, and continuously improve product content, including interface language, product education materials, product names, and navigational nomenclature
- Ensure consistency with established content standards while evolving and strengthening the company's voice
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide
- Advocate for content strategy within the organization and contribute to the broader community of design and content professionals
- Share work transparently, provide constructive feedback, and actively participate in team reviews
- Flexibly adapt to extended schedules as required by news cycles and cultural events, including weekend availability

Location: Remote
Role type: Contract 6 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
