You'll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing full-funnel campaigns, and delivering compelling brand experiences across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Storytelling & PositioningChampion the brand's mission, values, and positioning to elevate awareness and drive business growthEnsure consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels and touchpointsSupport external messaging and positioning for go-to-market execution of new features and launchesCampaign Planning & ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated brand campaigns across awareness, consideration, and engagement stages—both in-app and across external platformsManage campaign workflows, including timelines, creative trafficking, and milestone tracking to ensure timely deliveryMeasurement & OptimizationSupport the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and brand healthAnalyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to inform future activations and strategyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and activation plansCollaborate with internal and external agencies to execute brand initiatives and creative developmentMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience4–6 years of experience in brand marketing or brand managementProven success in developing and executing brand strategies and full-funnel campaignsStrong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytellingAnalytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsStrong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience in end-to-end brand management within tech or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industriesFamiliarity with the creative development process and working with creators/influencersPassion for sports, entertainment, music, and culturePursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
