🚨 We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer
📍 Dayton, OH (Onsite)
💲 $90,000 – $100,000 Bonus Eligibility
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card hold and have recent CNC Machining operations exp.
Are you passionate about CNC machining, process optimization, and continuous improvement? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing medical device manufacturer where you'll play a key role in advancing manufacturing technology and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Develop and optimize CNC machining processes for multi-axis milling, turning, Swiss machining, and grinding
🔹 Create and maintain CAD/CAM programs using Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Siemens NX
🔹 Support new product introductions (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives
🔹 Improve productivity through lean manufacturing, automation, tooling, and fixture design
🔹 Troubleshoot complex machining challenges and mentor technicians and programmers
🔹 Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Sales, and customers to deliver world-class manufacturing solutions
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (or equivalent CNC experience)
✔ 3 years of CNC Manufacturing Engineering experience (or equivalent experience)
✔ Strong CAD/CAM programming experience (Mastercam, Siemens NX, or SolidWorks preferred)
✔ Experience with Fanuc controls, GD&T, blueprint reading, tooling, and fixture design
✔ Hands-on machining and process development experience
✔ Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement mindset
