- General clerical support to teachers and administrators
- Answering phones and tours for new or interested families
- Ability to relate and communicate with a diverse student population in order to build positive relationships
- Prepare written and on-line communications and other forms of digital communication
- Monitor visitor access to building, follow District Crisis Plan and safety procedures
- Greet community members and assist parents/visitors with questions, concerns or item drop off
- Ability to work with a team in order to create a positive and safe environment
- Manage incoming mail by receiving and distributing it to the correct recipients
- Ensure that all outgoing mail is appropriately handled and mailed out in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by building administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Must be proficient with Word and have a strong knowledge level in use of Excel
- Experience with Google Suite - Google docs, forms and calendar applications
- Familiarity with office machinery such as copiers, laminators, binding and postage machines
- Experience working with PowerSchool student information system a plus

General tasks of office maintenance regarding students, teachers and parents by utilizing your well-developed social, secretarial, organizational and computer software/application skills
