JOB DESCRIPTION: Under general direction of the Director of Child Nutrition Services all students will be provided the proper trainings for food handling certifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: Apprentice must be 16 years old and a Junior or Senior in good standing in the Lincoln Unified School District upon employment. Must be Work Permit Eligible and meet all requirements and guidelines for High School Apprenticeship Program. May be dual enrolled with high school and higher education institution (Junior College). MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Course enrollment during the term of apprenticeship or prior to include: Foods Class or Culinary Class. Students must meet Delta College requirements.
