Requirements
- 5 years of administrative experience in office setting
- Minimum 3 days in office (9am-5pm)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Team player, able to multi-task, interact & assist different departments
- Knowledge of Concur Travel & PeopleSoft preferred
Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Handle sensitive material in a confidential and time-sensitive manner
- Perform light book-keeping
- Generate reports
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage calendars, conference calls, and meetings
- Assist with travel bookings, process expense reports and invoices
- Main back up to reception switchboard & UPS when needed
- Interact with students and potential students when needed
- Function as the liaison among all Departments associated with the program and coordinate with various members of the Department
