Sales Rep - Education Admissions

Lincoln Tech is looking for a Senior Field Admissions Representative You would be committed to achieving monthly enrollment goals and facilitating the admissions process for prospective students, while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator who effectively engages with future students and their families/influencers to assist them in making the right career choice. You would be an advisor, counselor and recruiter for the organization, who would play a vital role in our organization. If shaping careers excites you, then this is the role for you!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of sales or admissions experience
• Able to engage with a diverse population
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule that will require evenings and weekends
• In certain states, employee must be able to be bonded and licensed as an Admissions Representative
• Must participate in leadership development training activities
  
  

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective students using creative lead generation techniques
• Create a positive first impression and establishes strong mentoring relationships
• Conduct campus tours
• Attend college/high school fairs
• Network with industry employers
• Facilitate financial aid workshops
• Answer all admissions related queries in a timely and professional manner
• Explain Lincoln Tech's programs to prospective students and provides detailed information regarding program cost and financial aid
• Explain enrollment paperwork, cancellation policy, an Code of Conduct to help the students make an informed decision
• Serve as point-of-contact for students throughout program lifecycle
• Create an unparalleled admission experience while remaining compliant with organizational policies and state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines
• Report to Director of Admissions
