- Teach an accredited Welding Technologies program that blends fundamentals with practical application.
- Lead immersive labs in a fully outfitted welding facility—students learn by doing.
- Instill a safety-first mindset and align training with current industry standards.
- Cultivate professionalism, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
- Use interactive methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Evaluate progress frequently and communicate actionable feedback.
- Equip learners with the competencies needed for high-demand roles in Welding Technology.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of pipe and/or structural welding experience with:
- GMAW (MIG)
- GTAW (TIG)
- SMAW (Stick)
- FCAW (Flux-cored arc)
- Plasma Cutting
- Comprehensive instructor training—no teaching background required

Salary : $27 - $29
