Lincoln Tech is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our CT campuses. Use your hands-on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do
- Teach HVAC systems through hands-on lab classroom training
- Share real-world experience with students entering the field
- Mentor and support students toward certification and careers
- Help shape skilled technicians entering the workforce
What You Need
- S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
- Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
- Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge
- Strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday - Thursday / multiple shifts
Sign on Bonus:
