Lincoln Tech is looking for an experienced HVAC professional who's passionate about both the trade and developing the next generation of technicians. You'll lead our HVAC Cold Climate Heat Pump Technologies program in Denver - combining hands-on instruction, student mentoring, and industry partnership development in one dynamic role.
What You'll Do:
- Teach and mentor - Lead hands-on training in fully equipped facilities, develop curriculum, and guide students from enrollment through certification
- Build relationships - Recruit students throughout Denver and develop partnerships with local employers to meet their training and hiring needs
- Represent the program - Attend industry events, work with organizations like SkillsUSA and NATE, and stay current with evolving HVAC technologies
- Drive results - Ensure program success through strategic planning, student placement, and meeting contractual expectations
What You'll Need:
- 5 years as an HVAC Technician with EPA 608 certification
- 3 years of leadership experience
- 3 years in account management or partnership development
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- High school diploma or GED
