Lincoln Tech, in partnership with Johnson Controls, is seeking experienced HVAC Controls and Building Automation System (BAS) Technicians to deliver hands-on training that prepares students for real-world careers.
What You'll Do
- Teach HVAC Controls and BAS fundamentals
- Train students on DDC systems, controllers, sensors, wiring, and communications
- Lead hands-on labs using industry equipment
- Coach students through troubleshooting, startup, commissioning, and diagnostics
- Share real-world field experience that helps students succeed
What You Bring
- Experience with HVAC Controls, DDC, or Building Automation Systems
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
- Computer proficiency and comfort with technical software
- Experience with installation, startup, commissioning, or service work
Preferred Experience
- Johnson Controls Metasys
- BACnet/IP Networks
- Controller Programming & Configuration
- Controller Setup & Commissioning Tools
- Field Startup and Commissioning
