You would be responsible for working with the Education Department and other campus departments to strengthen Lincoln's efforts for greater student engagement. As part of the Education Department, you would be responsible for providing support for student success, retention, and re-enrollment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor all student academic progress and provides academic assistance to students
- Address student issues and proactively meet student needs as it pertains to retention
- Assist the Dean, Education Supervisors and Registrar with document collection and organization
- Report to the Academic Dean
