No teaching experience required. We provide the training. You bring the experience.

What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on and classroom training
- Share real-world troubleshooting and repair experience
- Coach and mentor future technicians
- Prepare training materials, equipment, and workshop space
- Evaluate student progress and provide support where needed
- Utilize multiple training methods including hands-on instruction, presentations, online learning tools, and guided practice
- Help students develop the technical and professional skills needed for long-term success
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of Heavy Equipment Technician experience
- Caterpillar, Komatsu, or similar equipment experience preferred
- ASE Certifications (current or expired) are a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
