Lincoln Tech is actively seeking passionate MSN-prepared Registered Nurses to join our Practical Nursing Program as a Part-Time Adjunct Classroom Instructor. No teaching experience is required. We will provide you with training and support to help you succeed in the classroom setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality instruction to students in assigned courses with emphasis on active teaching strategies to engage students
- Guide nursing students in applying theoretical concepts to practical situations in the classroom or laboratory
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing curriculum
- Assess student progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide feedback
- Work with course faculty and program directors to support student progression
- Operate within the rules and regulations set by state and federal regulatory and accrediting bodies
Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience
- Strong background in medical-surgical nursing
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future nurses
