Role Snapshot- Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies (theory application).
- Run immersive, hands-on training in a fully outfitted HVAC lab.
- Create a dynamic learning environment where students stay engaged and grow.
- Assess progress and give clear, actionable feedback.
- Design lesson plans aligned with current industry standards.
- Keep your knowledge sharp on emerging HVAC/R practices and tech.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to elevate program outcomes.
- Coach students toward certifications and successful entry into the field.
- 3 years as an HVAC Technician.
- S1 or S2 license—or the ability to obtain an S license.
- High school diploma/GED.
