What You’ll Do

• Teach HVAC technologies using an accredited, industry-aligned curriculum
• Run hands-on labs that simulate real-world service, installation, and troubleshooting
• Create an engaging, growth-oriented learning atmosphere
• Evaluate progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Design lesson plans that reflect current codes, standards, and best practices
• Keep pace with new HVAC tools, trends, and methods
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to continually improve the program
• Prepare learners for certification exams and successful entry into the field

What You Bring

• 3 years as an HVAC Technician
• S1 or S2 license, or eligibility to obtain an S license
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
