What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Varsity Girls' Volleyball Coach position at Lincoln Sudbury Regional School District?
Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a Head Varsity Girls' Volleyball Coach for the upcoming 2026 Fall season.
The 2026 Fall season runs from Monday, August 24th through early November. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has varsity, junior varsity and 9th grade levels.
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
The head varsity coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a high-level volleyball program while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League, and MIAA. The head varsity coach will have the ability to oversee the entire Girls' Volleyball program, work with sub-varsity coaches and athletes to develop a cohesive and competitive program.
Expectations:
- Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum
- Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course
- Ability to drive the school van to away games
- Ability to work with high school population
- Understanding of high school sports operations
- Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics
- Be prepared, punctual and ethical
Experience Preferred:
- Experience coaching Volleyball
- Experience playing Volleyball at the high school level or higher
Stipend Range per Schedule B: $5,696 - $7,120

Salary : $5,696 - $7,120
