Lincoln Sign Company is a UL Certified commercial sign company specializing in the fabrication, installation, service, and repair of signage for national brands, regional businesses, and local organizations. We install everything from channel letters and wall signs to monument signs, pylons, LED retrofits, and large commercial signage. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Sign Installer with 5 years of commercial sign installation experience. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, able to work independently, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial signage including channel letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, pylons, wall signs, and LED lighting.
- Perform sign service, repairs, and LED troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret site drawings and installation plans.
- Safely operate bucket trucks, crane trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Complete installations efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Represent Lincoln Sign Company professionally while interacting with customers.
- Travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with occasional overnight travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial sign installation experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CDL Class A or B, or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience operating bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
- Ability to work safely at heights and lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to read installation drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Crane operation experience.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Electrical and LED troubleshooting.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
