Agent Concierge

Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Agent Concierge to support our agents and elevate the client experience through strong execution behind the scenes.

This role is responsible for handling in-the-field tasks that keep transactions moving—installing and removing signs, placing riders, coordinating hard signatures when needed, and ensuring listings are represented at a high level in the market.

This is a task-based, independent role designed for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives on getting things done right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln
• Assist with in-person client needs (ex: coordinating hard signatures when required)
• Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field
• Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed)
• Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation
• Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable being on the go and navigating the Lincoln area efficiently
