2026-2027 Instructional Assistant Lincoln K-4

The Instructional Assistant will support classroom instruction, supervise students at arrival, lunch and recess, and complete clerical work as needed. Instructional Assistants are paid to work 32 hours per week, not including a 30 minute unpaid break. Hourly rate for this position is $23.36  August 28, 2026, start date.  

Work Schedule - 181 days (1 day before students return, 180 student days)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45 am - 3:00 pm (30 minute unpaid break); Wednesday from 7:45 am - 12:45 pm

Middlesex County Retirement System and benefits eligible.
