Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support and service for new and existing Treasury Management clients.
Identifies, analyzes, sells, and supports treasury management products and services to targeted prospective corporate clients and existing clients.
Identifies product improvements or new products based on client needs, industry trends, market activities and competitors.
Solidifies client retention by providing a superior level of client service.
Follows standard Treasury Management practices & procedures.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 3 years of prior banking and financial industry experience.
3-5 years of prior Treasury Management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and principles to effectively market treasury management services.
Ability to gather, arrange, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and formulate conclusions and recommended actions
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
This role may require company travel and you will need to have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation for all business travel for Lincoln Savings Bank.
